Yeah... I'm not much of a journal keeper, let alone blogger.
I've been trying to kinda be active here again. Haven't done much art, but I'm currently posting daily NaNoWriMo updates. Read at your own risk! This is straight from NaNo to posting. The Inner Editor has been shipped off to Abudabi (sorry guys!) so expect horrific spelling and grammar, disjointed sentences, random comments between me and my muse, Axis, brainstorms as well as actual story.
If you REALLY want to read it, it's in the scrapbook.
I am currently without a working scanner. I am in possession of TWO. Neither is hooked up, and the computer keeps threatening to die, so don't expect any new art until the computer is replaced. And when it is, I'm going to go through and rescan pretty much everything and I'll likely do a complete overhaul of my DA page and remove everything and reupload it all and more!
I don't anticipate this happening anytime before January.

I've been trying to kinda be active here again. Haven't done much art, but I'm currently working on a large cross stitch picture. I'm posting nearly daily WIPs to the scrap book.
I am currently without a working scanner. I am in possession of TWO. Neither is hooked up. I did get a new (to me) laptop for Christmas. Eventually, once at least one scanner is connected, I'm going to go through and rescan pretty much everything and I'll likely do a complete overhaul of my DA page and remove everything and reupload it all and add more. Can you believe it? Almost a year after I last wrote an entry, I'm here and back and stuff.
I've been working on some fan arts for Magistream.com, and running a coloring contest with them. Everyone else is welcome to color them in too, but you may only post them here, not use them anywhere else (but Magistream, of course).
Not much to actually update folks on. I got a job. I hate it. I'm looking for a different one, but making use of the paychecks while I've got them.
I survived the VOLCANO!!! (added the rest)
I haven't slept since yesterday! and I went back to the volcano!
Why? What?
Because... I wasn't sleepy last night... and then it was dawn... and it was beautiful and cool... so I went for a drive to the volcano that ate my van, and it tried to swallow my Subaru, but I escaped!
Part of why I got a Forrester (named Jim) was because I wanted to see the volcano again. And, two years after getting my car, I finally went!
Short Version of the first trip: Quite a few years ago, my good buddy (IRL friend who moved away and now is mostly an online friend, but we manage to visit again sometimes) Alyenbird and I took an overnight camping trip where

So, today Rosco and I went out for a drive. I decided to head towards Idaho City, up farther to Lowman, cut across to Banks and home by way of Horseshoe Bend and Eagle. (It's nice loop through the mountains)
We stopped in Idaho City, like we always do, to use the public toilet and walk around the pond. There were giant Bullfrog pollywogs in the water still. Saw a couple of frogs, and one fish jump.
Along one side of the pond is a wooden boardwalk, and the dog and I were walking along it. And I heard this plaintive, raspy MEW! I've heard some frogs make that sound, so after my initial "kitten?" thought, I decided it must be a frog. An
